Terms & Condition

1. Our fee comprises one month’s salary of the employee/candidate. An upfront payment of 50% is required upon confirming the employee/ candidate and the remaining amount is due within three days of their start date.

 

2. We offer the provision of replacing up to 4 employees/ candidates for free within a 12-month period.

 

3. The service charge is non-refundable, and our service focuses solely on offering replacement candidates.

 

4. From the time of registration, we need 3 working days to organize the candidate/employee, including interviews and document verification.

 

5. Any payments made directly to the candidate by the client are at their own risk. We are not liable for any resulting losses and strongly advise clients against such transactions.

 

6. If an employee/ candidate resigns, we can provide a replacement within 10 to 15 days upon the client’s request.

 

7. In cases of theft, robbery, or in-house losses caused by an employee/candidate, the client is responsible for taking immediate legal action. While we don’t cover losses, we support finding new candidates/ employees and collaborating with the client.

 

8. Clients are required to provide two mandatory paid leaves per month to candidates/employees, which can be accumulated over a year.

 

9. We reserve the right to terminate the contract due to the client’s indiscipline, false statements, or improper conduct, without needing to provide an explanation.

 

10. We provide all essential documents and recent photographs for police verification, but the actual verification process falls under the client’s responsibility.
