Terms & Condition

  1. My House Maid acts solely as a facilitator to connect clients with domestic help candidates (maids, cooks, babysitters, etc.). We do not act as an employer, contractor, or supervisor of the candidate.
  2. We do not guarantee the performance, behavior, or retention period of any candidate. Employment continuity depends on mutual compatibility and external factors beyond our control.
  3. The service fee is equivalent to one month’s salary of the selected candidate.
    * 50% advance is payable at the time of confirmation.
    * Remaining 50% is payable within 3 days of candidate joining.
  1. The service fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once candidate sourcing, profile sharing, or interviews have been initiated.
  2. Up to 3 replacements will be provided within 12 months from the date of first joining.
    * Replacement is subject to:
    * No major change in job role, salary, or timing
    * Client providing timely feedback
    * Market-aligned compensation
  1. Once the requirement (salary, timing, job role) is confirmed, it will be treated as final. Any changes will be considered a new requirement and may impact timelines and candidate availability.
  2. Candidate availability is subject to prevailing market salary standards. The company is not responsible for delays due to unrealistic salary expectations or requirement mismatch.
  3. The client is solely responsible for:
    * Interviewing and selecting candidates
    * Managing day-to-day work
    * Providing a safe and respectful work environment
  1. All official communication must be conducted via WhatsApp or email. Verbal discussions will not be considered legally binding.
  2. We will make reasonable efforts to provide replacement candidates within 7–15 working days, subject to availability.
  3. In any case, the company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the service fee paid by the client. No additional compensation, damages, or claims shall be entertained.
  4. In case of theft, misconduct, or any illegal activity by the candidate, the client is responsible for taking legal action. We will assist with documentation but are not liable for any losses.
  5. Any payment made directly to the candidate by the client is at their own risk. The company holds no responsibility for such transactions.
  6. The company reserves the right to terminate service in case of:
    * Misbehavior with staff/candidates
    * False information
    * Non-payment
  7. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra only.
  8. By proceeding with payment and availing services, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
